Our group consists of highly qualified, certified (AMPP), and accredited professionals with extensive experience, enabling us to provide premium consultation, investigation, testing, planning and design, and failure analysis services.

• Material selection and paint system coating condition assessments
  • It is our duty to select and use the proper sealant materials to best preserve the structure.
• Forensic investigation and failure analysis
  • Our team conducts thorough investigations and laboratory testing of defective wall and bridge conditions in hopes of preventing future coating system failures.
• Existing structure evaluation and remediation system design
  • We assess the condition of the structure in depth and trace previous issues to avoid additional costly repairs, environmental complications, or safety concerns in the future.
• Water intrusion investigation, testing, and mitigation
  • Our group has the knowledge to use low-maintenance coatings, avoiding accelerated water intrusion deterioration and potential indoor air quality issues. This practice typically encompasses the entire “building envelope” and includes windows, window systems (openings in general), deck membranes (i.e. traffic coatings), expansion joints and misc. wall penetrations.
